 True
True, but as most parts are made by companies that also make Windows based this is not really an advantage if you know what to buy, and often these parts are cheaper too while maintaining the same level of quality.
 True
Great looks, but outclassing a well built W7 PC for the same price? Unlikely.
True, and a major reason to get a Mac for proffesional use.
True, and it is a nice feature, but I don't use it as I make enough backups myself.
A mac will not lose much speed over the years like a W7 PC does. But like any PC, Windows or Mac, it will be outdated in a few years and will need replacement. And HD resets on a W7 machine is hardly any effort if you make backups.
This is a personal preference, and I don't like the lack of user options, like is the case on most Apple software.
Also personal, and again I don't like the removal or displacement of features that are there in Windows machines just to make the PC more user friendly.
True, and there customer support is usually excellent.
This is more of an disadvantage. We can run almost all software a windows machine can use? I rather have all the software without having to resort to emulating programs.
True, but, and Windows build PCs are guilty of this too, PCs nowadays come bundled with too much junk experienced users will never use.
 ?

Cons: Macs are expensive compared to Windows machines. You can have a top of the line W7 machine for the price of a mid level Mac. Anything what a Mac can run, can a W7 machine run (CS5 importantly), and more. Macs are more user friendly and more intuitive to use, but sacrifices some functions for it. Macs parts are harder and more expensive to replace, and you dont have the choices in parts that Windows machines have.

I LIKE. You forget to mention the fact of depreciation and the idea that when you come to sell your Mac you make back a large proportion of the premium you paid initially. All in all APPLE MACS ARE GREAT. It will be interesting to see the consumer reaction to Windows 7 when a paid for version is released.
