Matt Caldaralo Photography
Matt is an up-and-coming photographer from Cornwall. He specialises in commission based photography and has worked with clients across Cornwall. He has recently been involved in a specialist food photography shoot for another of our clients, About Taste. His enthusiasm and creativity gave us the opportunity to work with someone who really wanted to become involved with the project.
Storm were tasked to produce a simple yet stylish mechanism for displaying Matt's portfolio. Matt was particularly keen for his photos to form an integral part of the design and for the website to 'fit arround them' as a facilitating framework. Alongside the website, we were tasked with creating a content management system, which Matt could use to manage his photography collection online.
With Matt's spec in mind we settled on a design that really gave the photography centre stage. Some clever JavaScript to make the website scroll horizontally makes the execution imaginative and pleasing to the eye. Matt was extremely pleased with the outcome and has set about updating his portfolio to best make use of his new website. We're looking forward to undertaking an online marketing campaign for Matt in the near future.
