Fashion At Bath - Charity Website

Exceeded All Expectations
The Client

Fashion at Bath is an event run every year for various UK charities. We've been involved with both the 2010 campaign (in aid of Sue Ryder Care) and the 2009 campaign (in aid of Breast Cancer Campaign). The event showcase was organised and run by the University of Bath and involved sponsors including Bath RAG, Ernst & young and ourselves (of course we wouldn't charge for a charity website!).

The Challenge

The requirements for the Fashion at Bath web project were threefold; to increase awareness about the event, to provide images and information about the event and to provide visitors a clear path to the secure online payment facilities. In this instance there were no pre-existing design elements with which to work, therefore a logo and general style had to be conceived.

The Execution

Working with the Fashion at Bath photography team, we were able to acquire photos of the models. We played heavily on the polaroid photo theme throughout the site, making use of a clever Flash based gallery application to display the photos. The website funneled traffic towards the secure ticket ordering system and was fuelled by numerous social media campaigns including mail-shots and a Facebook group.

What the client said..

"Storm provided us with a quick and high quality solution to our website needs. As a very demanding person it was fantastic that all of my requests were handled with the upmost haste and sensitivity. The website design exceeded all expectations and was very user friendly, consistent with the branding of Fashion at Bath and fit all the criteria needed. Storm would be my first port of call for all future design needs. "
