Event Ensembles - Website Design
Event Ensembles is a collaboration of some of the country's most talented young musicians. Event Ensembles musicians have played for The Queen, Prince Philip and Prince Charles, the President of Uganda and the Lord Mayor of London. They've also supported acts such as Razorlight and Shirley Bassey at Glastonbury.
Event Ensembles briefed Storm to produce a small, lightweight website that would compliment their offline marketing. The website needed to include clips of music performed by the group and a gallery of performance images. Alongside the website, Storm were tasked with submitting the website to a number of online directories and search engines.
The compact website makes use of a Flash based media player to facilitate the demo clips provided by the ensemble. We also utilised a simple lightbox style gallery to allow the site's images to be displayed at high resolution. Search engine performance of the website has been high since the site's launch and continues to grow as the site gains reputation.
